ELITE AWARD
Up to 25 Awards of $10,000.00 will be made available to New Zealand's top athletes and performing artists. Recipients of the Elite award will already be achieving to the highest level on the international stage.
In addition to an applicant's current performance, the Trustees will also take into consideration potential, academic standing, leadership, and recommendations from referees.
It is also important that any recipient support the Foundation's other initiatives, including its mentoring programme. The Foundation was established to support extraordinary New Zealanders and the Trustees believe that its mentoring programme is a fundamental part of this support.
Applications for our Elite award are considered only once a year. The next deadline for applications will be January 2010.
